You can see that in begining animation is bad then suddenly its much better.All you did is trace the original gif, added some color, and added sound. Come up with your own stuff.

It's not that hard to draw madness characters, but if you really suck that much you can download madness fla from its website, www.madness.com or something like that. On other hand I really liked your animation, but next time please dont copy and paste. Good luck on your next movie.
